For various reasons, I've decided to attempt a meat-free diet for a month. I think I'll stay as true to that as possible, with minor exceptions of dairy products and POSSIBLY fish and eggs (not sure if I'll go all the way and exclude those too).
This may seem insane for anyone who knows me and the type of food I normally like (I'm one of nature's carnivores, through and through) but it's something I'm excited to do.
There are health benefits and of course, some moral compensation but to be honest, my reason behind doing this is predominantly out of curiosity and desire for change.
Fingers crossed that this will be a good experience and I'll document how I go along the way.
